ASP.NET Core HTTP Request Smuggling Vulnerability

ASP.NET Core contains an inconsistent interpretation of HTTP requests, a flaw known as HTTP request/response smuggling.

An unauthorized attacker can exploit this over a network to bypass a security feature.
